A selection of our pasture raised Shetland Hogget or Lamb. You will receive a 1kg roasting joint (for example rolled shoulder or bone-in leg), 500g of mince, 500g of stew and 2 chops.
Depending on the season and our butchery schedule, the products may be hogget or lamb. Mutton may also be available but please get in touch directly if you are interested in this.
All meat comes from our own herd of Shetland sheep, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and gentle finishing give the meat its deep flavour.
Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
