Mizuna pesto

Ingredients

Good quality of extra virgin olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves
Lemon juice
Parmesan cheese
Pine nuts
Pinch of salt/pepper

Directions

Put oil, garlic gloves and lemon juice in food processor and mix quickly. Add in mizuna, pine nuts and Parmesan, mix till right consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.

I'd heard what The Free Company were doing around seasonality, biodiversity and no-dig farming and I was so pleased to see they also had a Veg Club. The quality is top notch including wonderful fresh salad which is a big win in our house.
