Ingredients
1 1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 tsp ground cinnamon
185 g butter melted
6 apples (stewed)

Preheat oven to 180C. Brush a baking dish with melted butter, line base and sides with baking paper. Stir flour, oats, sugar, coconut and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Add melted butter and mix. Firmly press two-thirds of the mixture into the prepared tin. Place the apple on top, smooth it out and sprinkle with extra cinnamon. Crumble remaining mixture over apples. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden. Cool and cut into squares or fingers.
