
The dough on this seedy beaut is made with two types of wheat, some spelt and some rye with 1/3 of the flour milled by us. We add our seed mixture of sunflower, flax and pumpkin then roll in poppy seeds before its baked. The resulting bread is beautifully fragrant with a super nutty flavour.
